Anna's LumiClear Toner is for the moderately aging oily-acne-rosacea skin that needs gentle firming and clarifying. This anti-bacterial, anti-microbial toner is medicated with Salicylic Acid to gently exfoliate, refresh and calm skin without drying. Anti-aging Alpha Lipoic Acid minimizes the appearance of fine lines, reduces pore size and helps to tone skin. LC Toner also contains Eucalyptus Leaf Oil, which cools inflamed skin and adds needed hydration.
