Question- I sent an order, how long will it take before I receive my order?
Answer- Once we receive your order, it is processed and filled in 3 business day. Shipping usually takes 4 business days. We will send you an automated email notification when it ships.
Question- I would like to try a sample but it says I must spend $20.00 first?
Answer- We have an order minimum of $20.00 due to credit card processing fees.
Question- Can I order from you via telephone? I do not like to give credit card information over the internet.
Answer- We process online orders only through our website shopping cart. Yahoo uses state of the art SSL encryption to protect all information, including your email. Their servers are cleared of all information after 30 days.
Question- I do not see a phone number to contact you and I have some questions?
Answer- We have learned from experience that we can offer better customer service via email.
