FAQ - Shipping
Question- What is the cost for shipping?
Answer- We charge $8.00 for USPS Priority Mail service for all orders. You do have the option to select insured and express mail for an additional expense.
Questions- Do you ship to other countries?
Answer- Anna Bellina does not ship to international destinations. We ship within the USA only.
Question- My package got damaged while being shipped, what do I do?
Answer- If your order was insured, contact your local post office and file a claim with them for reimbursement. Save all packaging and contents for inspection.
Question- Do you use shipping peanuts for packing?
Answer- We use corn starch peanuts for shipping. These are biodegradable and have much less impact on the environment. Recycle to other shop owners who ship if possible.
