Your awesome customer service in conjunction with your wonderful quality products make your skincare line second to none. Trust me, I've given the link to your website out quite a bit, telling others of what a difference your products can make, and how your products are far superior, a great deal in part, b/c your products lack all the junk and synthetics in mainstream products bought at the drugstore or department store. I hope you realize how much of a difference you make in so many peoples lives. Thank you Ms. Tricia! And the fact that you included a sample of your acnacea in my current order was extremely generous and wonderful. I couldn't believe it! Know that your generosity is very much appreciated! I can't wait to give the Acnacea a try! I look forward to finding that it works for me so that I know longer have to subject my skin to Benzoyl Peroxide and it's damaging effects.

I've been using the acne samples and like them very much so far. I've been using a non-organic line for some time that has helped some, but it made my face red and dry. I've been tryig to find something organic that would help, but everything I've tried would make my face worse, itch, or both. Your line hasn't made my face itch, worse, dry, or red, and usually by now that would have happened. Instead, I think my face looks a little better, hopefully this will continue. I decided to order the bigger sizes because I don't want to run out. I also like that the products don't have a strong fragrance. They smell nice.

The most amazing thing to me is the pores on my cheeks. I noticed a few years ago having some "enlarged" pores on my cheeks (I have always had smooth, no pores skin) and asked about it at my last facial. Imagine my dismay when I was told they were not "enlarged" pores, but "aging" pores. What? Horrors! Then, she showed me if I pulled my cheeks a little, they disappeared. I wanted to smack the aesthestician :-),but then she gave me a wonderful massage and I quickly forgave her! Well, the good news is, they are almost gone. I have been putting a little bit of my smoothing serum on them, not really expecting any results, and certainly not this soon, but wow! And once I put foundation on, you can't even see them.

I am fairly new customer (Feb 2007) and I have just placed yet another order after having tried a bunch of the samples below. I am also on my second PS Toner as well – I love that stuff... ;-)) I was actually trying to order a hydrosol following your advice on how to save money on the toners for cleansing purposes, but it seems that you are out of stock – correct? Anyway, that wasn’t why I decided to write to you... I was reading your “about page” and it all makes so much more sense to me now. I truly feel different when I use your products; apart from the fact that my skin looks and feels amazing, everyone telling me how amazing I look, questioning what I have done, but it’s as if I feel different once I start my skin regime both mornings and nights. And now I truly believe it is because your care for the products and spirituality carries through. Let me explain.... I live in NY, I am an actress and I lead a fairly stressful life, although I try to take it easy, I exercise and all those good things, but the simple nature of being in a big city can’t help but have an impact on you, so when you’re a sensitive person like me, small things can really change your life. Your skincare has changed my life!
I now value my time in the mornings and evenings, where I get to have my “my time”, as I like to call it, where I can nurture my skin. I have done that sometimes in the past, but usually it was reduced to something that had to be over and done with in a hurry. -This may sound crazy; but it’s not I promise ;-) I feel like your products have the integrity in them, to make the end user –in this case me- not wanting to rush, but to value and ENJOY the time and care I spend doing it. -What can I say... I really believe that because your passion and love goes into the making of the products, it carries through and us sensitive beings in the other end using them feel it. -THANK YOU!!! I was using some of the dead sea mask from From Nature With Love and this DermaMask just blows that one out of the water. Nice mask texture, you can't tell that its drying and makes your skin look and feel oh so nice. No burning/tingly/stinging feeling for me at all. It goes on so well too, much better then the other stuff. The DermaScrub totally rocks. I'm glad I can use this everyday. Such a good texture, smell and you just know its doing good things. I'd say these are 2 of my faves now and total must haves and I'm sorry, 'tricia, but if you ever discontinue these, I'll have to come kick you in the fanny!

First off, I want to thank you for the wonderful information and skin products you make available to people who need it. My older sister recommended me to your sight due to my hopeless attitude about my skin. I had tried just about everything to no avail, and got discouraged after nothing worked and gave up. Even when a pill or other prescription worked, it just didn't satisfy me to pay so much money for such little benefit. Anyway, I started using some of her product while I visited her for a few weeks, and I couldn't believe how amazing my skin both looked and felt after just one week of application. I also read over the information on your sight over and over, and could feel a difference when I acted on any of your suggestions and that information. I only have one problem... I have only been able to shave with an electric shaver since. Using an OTC shaving gel just doesn't seem to make sense to me after taking such great care of my skin with your more natural skin products. I know you probably don't get a lot of male business, so I wouldn't expect a line of shaving cream or gel for you face in your product line. If anything, I am hoping that you could suggest something in your product line that would work in place of a shaving gel or cream, or at least some other suggestion. I know I might be asking for too much when what you have given me already feels like a miracle. It's not that I mind using an electric shaver too much, it would just be nicer to be able to have a close shave with the nicer skin that I now have thanks to you. I can't tell you how grateful I am for what you and your business has done for me, and I thank you for anything in reply to this request as well.

I’ve been meaning to comment on your DermaClear line which my teenage children have been using for about 3 to 4 weeks now; they are 13, 16, and 19 years of age. My 16 year old son had the worst acne situation (break-outs all over the forehead nose and on the temple area of his face) and since he has been using the Derma Clear line faithfully without skipping any steps, his face is 95% bump free!! He has a few stubborn ones on one side of his cheek area but he’s continuing with the routine so hopefully those will also be gone very soon. The pigmentation left behind from where the acne was is the only thing remaining, however, I have been having him use the Dew Drops on those areas in hopes that the Emu Oil it contains will help fade those spots.
My other two children are experiencing results as well; however, because they are not as disciplined in following the regimen on a consistent basis; their results vary from week to week but I know it would work even better if they would use it faithfully. I have to literally walk my 13 year old son through the process every night or he will neglect a step or two or he won’t wash up at all (but of course for his age I know this is to be expected).
My 19 year old daughter (being her female teenage self) is very stubborn and usually won’t follow my advice until she discovers for herself the results of following the regimen faithfully as recommended or the negative results of skipping the regimen once or twice here and there. Her acne issues is primarily on her forehead especially when she skips washing up at night which I of course discourage her from but of course like I said she is very stubborn and does not like me to offer my advice very much these days. I know she will eventually figure it out as she is very impressed with the success her 16 year old brother is having. It’s just a matter of time.
But all in all; I completely have faith in the products as my 16 year old is living proof of the great results that it will bring when used accordingly. My skin has also never been so clear, smooth and radiant since I’ve been using the Honey Cleanser, PS Toner, HydraGel and the Dew Drops (along with the Crystal Cream and Sea Weed Mask twice a week). I know the combination of all these products are the reason for my happy, happy skin!

i have been using the parasol sunscreen, rose hydrogel, and derma-glo moisturizer for a week now and i just love them. the sunscreen is so light and not greasy at all under my mineral powder. this will definitely be my holy grail sunscreen. there are days when just the parasol sunscreen on top of my vitamin C serum is enough moisture for my combo skin. no mid-day oily t-zone at all. my 11 year old daughter who has very sensitive skin is also using the parasol sunscreen and she loves it. we both use the hydro-gel, but i use the derma-glo moisturizer on top of the hydro-gel at night. even our neighbor who had some irritation on her skin and around her lips tried the hydro-gel and she informed me that the next day her skin felt better and her lips were not sore anymore. and, oh, the gentle exfoliant is fabulous. it's like feeding my face with nutritious plants from an organic farm. i don't think it looks "nasty or greenish" (as the testimonial stated) at all. i thought it looked naturally organic -- maybe because i'm just so into natural stuff! anyways, i love the way it softens my skin. thanks for making such wonderful products, and for having them in pump bottles. i never worry that my products will be contaminated. absolutely LOVE your products!

Well, it's been a few days since I got the Pore Minimizer serum. It's definitely starting to work. I am extremely impressed. My skin looks clearer, more "purged". It's already glowing. I've started recommending the Pore Minimizer on a couple of online forums that I belong to. I'm really excited about the results! I'll give you another update in a couple of weeks.

I emailed you a few weeks ago—I was in a panic because I was using the Dermaclear line and my face was a mess. I followed your instructions to the “T” and now my face is looking great. I am especially pleased considering the humidity and being the worst time of year for my skin type! I am back using the MM make-up too—Love it, love it, love it!!!! I will be ordering again soon. One more thing… Is the Derma Serum like a zit zapper such as “Clearasil or Oxy-5” — without the benzoyl peroxide?

Just have to tell you that the DermaClear™ is the MOST AMAZING product I've EVER used for my acne!!!! I absolutely cannot believe how quickly it dries up my cystic-type acne - I'm talking overnight!!! I've tried everything on the market since I developed this problem a few yrs ago and NOTHING has even come close to working like the DermaClear™. THANK YOU, DEAR!!! Had to tell you when I first got my sample of DermaClear Serum I was like: “this is weird”. I was expecting something clear and syrupy—But, I am spot treating blemishes and it is working great! Also, I am back using the DermaCleanse and my skin is looking very good. My boyfriend told me that “I looked like a kid”-- and I am a few years older than him!!! One question… does the Dermaserum work on those fine lines between my brows or is it just for blemishes? All I can say is “Bless You!” I have been telling anyone who will listen about your products. No more spending and wasting money on skin care products that I have to throw out or give away.
