CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST. Emails are answered ASAP during business hours. Please be patient as I can receive up to 90 emails in a day. Strict SPAM filters mean you must enter a subject in the subject line. Since I am only one person serving the entire USA by myself and want to concentrate on your order, I prefer emails so do not offer a 1-800 number.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Additions, No Cancellations, No Charge Backs. All orders are expedited and once submitted are final and complete. Due to health reasons, I do not accept any returned product for any reason. I hope you understand the need to keep costs at a minimum and turnaround times fast in order to continue to provide you with the freshest product and best value in the skin care industry.

DISCREPANCY POLICY
If there is any discrepancy or concern, it is the customer's responsibility to contact me immediately. Your information is permanently deleted from all servers after 30 days and I will be more than happy to address your concerns within that time span. After that, all correspondence and transactions are considered final and complete.

PRIVACY POLICY
All transactions are held strictly confidential to protect your privacy. All information collected from customers by Anna Bellina through the use of our Site are strictly for processing orders. I will not sell, share, or distribute any of your information to any third party.
SITE SECURITY
Yahoo uses the highest level of industry-standard encryption to safely transmit your information. Secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the internet. This information is deleted from their servers after 30 days.

ORDERING ONLINE
Yahoo Wallet will save your personal information for quicker submissions. There is a minimum order of $35.00 due to credit card processing fees and FREE shipping. All orders must be placed through the shopping cart. All order requests are downloaded once a day, each business morning. You will receive an automated email when your order arrives. Please do not email me asking if your order came in, check your spam folder. Your order is automatically processed and your credit card charged for products, shipping and handling. A packing slip is automatically sent to the lab so your order can be filled.
Orders require up to 4 business days for fulfillment, excluding sales, weekends, and holidays. Check News for order status. I fill all orders ASAP but quality and freshness take top priority. You may select Express Mail for overnight delivery as these orders are filled the moment they arrive in the lab.

USPS SHIPPING
Anna Bellina ships by the US postal service only. Packages require insurance in order to receive manual tracking information. If you choose to forgo the cost of insurance, Anna Bellina cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. If you do pay for insurance, please recognize that the US Post Office requires 4 to 10 weeks before they will pay on any claims for missing or damaged packages. Anna Bellina is not responsible for any breakage or loss that may occur when shipping via the USPS. Customers must address their local US Post Office directly concerning any loss or damage during shipping. Please save all packaging materials for their inspection.
Normally, it takes 2-4 business days to mail your order, excluding holidays and weekends. You will receive an automated email when your order ships. Please do not email me asking if your order has shipped, check your spam folder. I cannot track packages en route as the USPS does not offer this service.
Since most people like the convenience of having their package left at their door, a signature is not required. If you prefer to have a signature confirmation, note that in the comment section and that option will be included as your order is processed.
Please make sure to enter your mailing address correctly. If the address is incomplete or misspelled, it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a small service fee to manually process and correct the address. You will be charged to reship the package if returned as undeliverable or unclaimed.

USPS postal prices continue to rise so I reserve the right to add postage to very large, unusually heavy, and west coast orders. Also, if a large order comes in uninsured, I reserve the right to add insurance for which the customer pays.
Special shipping options are offered from time to time. Customers who place an order using a special shipping option and do not qualify will be charged a small processing fee.
USPS orders experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days, but USPS delivery time depends on distance and internal USPS factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However, USPS delivery can take as long as 14 business days, regardless of destination. If you have not received your package after 14 business days after receiving your shipping notice, then contact me and I can place a trace on your package.
DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGE
Once your order is out of my possession, it is no longer my responsibility. Rifling is theft by postal workers. I strongly recommend you insure large or expensive orders. Only insured orders will be replaced by your local USPS. Please save all packaging with contents and contact your local post office for their inspection and reimbursement.

AUTOMATED EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
An automated email is sent when your order arrives. Another automated email is sent when your order ships. The current email address I have on file is used. Check your spam folder.
Work computer: Sometimes your company's server won't let emails or order receipt/shipping notifications through to you. Try a hotmail, yahoo, excite or mac email address instead of your corporate email.
Spam filter: Please set your spam filters to allow email from annabellina.com. Please check your spam filter or bulk mail filter if you write and don't hear back within 24-48 hours. Please allow ample time for response if you write to me on the weekend or holidays.

Anna Bellina and AB Silk are two businesses located in different states with separate shipping charges, inventory, store policies, and owners.
GENERIC PRODUCT LABELS
Photos are of our product in general but may not be of the actual current product. My goal is to offer high quality and very effective skin care to everyone so I have elected to use non-professional photos, minimal packaging, and generic labels, putting your money into the formulas.
SALES, SPECIALS, COUPON CODES
Sales and Specials never last long and are not planned so check back often and order early. Sale prices are not retro-active. No substitutions. Coupon Codes must be entered in the coupon box in the shopping cart. No Code = No Special. If a coupon code no longer works, that sale has ended.
RETAIL LOCATIONS, WHOLESALE/PRIVATE LABEL, TYPOS
Anna Bellina is retail only and is not stocked in retails outlets or stores. I do not offer wholesale/private label. All information is copyrighted and can be found online in over 300 pages. Anna Bellina is not responsible for typos.
