Customer Satisfaction Guarantee ~ Sampling Program
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We do not accept returned product due to health reasons. This is why we offer Samples, to make sure the products are the right ones for you.


Ordering Policy
All Sales are Final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Yahoo uses the highest level of industry-standard encryption to safely transmit your information. We will email you with an automated notification when your order arrives. Each order is immediately processed and authorized the moment it arrives. Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Fulfillment takes 3-4 business days. We will try to fill Express Mail orders before regular orders. During holidays and sales it will take a few days longer for fulfillment so please do not email asking for the status of your order.

Shopping Cart
Do not store items in your cart as item availability and price may change. If you do select a discontinued item, we will hold a credit for you to be applied to your next order.

Order Minimums
Our order minimum is $18.00. The cart will not accept orders for less than the minimum.


Payment Policy
* Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, if a card is declined, we will continue to process until it is authorized

* Call me for my CC # for those who do not want to enter their information online, we will call you via your daytime phone

* Check or MO for those who do not want to use their credit or debit card. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Patricia Westervelt and not Anna Bellina.

Debit card charges may appear twice on your statement as the bank checks the availability of funds. You were not charged twice. Please recheck your account in 24-48 hours.

All Sales are Final. No Refunds-Returns-Exchanges Policy
Due to health and hygiene considerations, all sales through annabellina.com are final. We can not accept returned product, offer exchanges, or refunds of any monies on any product. Please try our Sampling Program first.


Shipping Policy
Sales tax will be charged at a rate of 6% to residents of The State of Georgia.

We ship via USPS Mail exclusively as it is the fastest and least expensive method. We never require a signature on domestic packages. Once a package is picked up by the postal carrier, it is no longer our possession. Priority Mail service usually arrives in 3-5 business days. Worst case scenario, it can take up to 21 business days. We will email you with an automated notification when your order ships. We reserve the right to add insurance on expensive orders and increase postage on heavy/long distance orders.

* Small Order ~ 1-3 items only - $4.00, not insured or replaceable if lost/damaged. Exclusively for orders containing up to 3 full size products. Collections do NOT count as one item. If this shipping option was selected and it is not appropriate for the order (more than 3 full size items), we will select Priority Mail or Insured Priority Mail.

* Priority Mail - $8.00, not insured or replaceable if lost/damaged.

* Insured Priority Mail - $12.00, insured up to $500.00, replaceable if lost/damaged with a file claimed through your local post office.

* Express Mail - $24.00, insured up to $500.00, replaceable if lost/damaged with a file claimed through your local post office.

* WHOLESALE Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail - $15 and up, insured up to $500.00, replaceable if lost/damaged with a file claimed through your local post office. For wholesale orders only, which must ship flat rate.

If a shipping option was selected that is not appropriate for that order, we will then ship via Insured Priority Mail.

If your package is lost/damaged and you did not include insurance when you placed your order, it will be considered non-recoverable. Anna Bellina cannot assume responsibility for any item that is not in our possession. We are too small a business to absorb this cost.

Shipment Tracking Policy
USPS does not offer tracking. Your order will generally arrive anywhere from 4 to 12 business days.


Order Discrepancy Policy ~ 2 Day Window of Notification

Lost/Damaged Shipment ~ 2 Day Window
Please contact me within 2 business days for your delivery insurance number. For products lost/damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with your local Post Office. Do not return the damaged package to us. Save all packaging and contents for postal inspection. This way your local post office can retrace the package route. Now easily file your domestic insurance claim online. To get started filing your domestic insurance claim, please visit: www.usps.com/onlineclaims.

Discrepancy Shipment ~ 2 Day Window
Please contact me within 2 business days for any discrepancy and I will be more than happy to quickly replace or correct a discrepancy. Please return the item for our inspection. Samples of our choosing will be included to offset incurred return shipping expenses and any inconvenience that you may have experienced.

Unclaimed Package
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we refuse acceptance. The customer is still responsible for the bill in full. If the customer wants the package, we will reship with the customer paying the reshipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If the customer submitted an incorrect mailing address and the package is returned to us, we will reship with the customer paying the reshipping charges.

Unresolved Order/Correspondence ~ 7 Day Window
Any unresolved order/correspondence that is not answered/completed in a timely fashion will be considered complete and final.


Dispute and Chargeback Policy
With respect to any dispute regarding the Site or product or services, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Georgia. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Georgia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates, partners or licensors, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in any such court. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.


Ingredients Policy
Anna Bellina uses only natural ingredients in all of our products. You will not find synthetic ingredients or chemical preservatives or water. Because there are only natural preservatives in our skin care, they are made fresh in small batches of 32 ounces and must be sold in small volumes. Please be advised, our creams and lotions have a shelf life of 8+ months, refrigerate any unused portion after 3 months. Because of the nature of our products, some specks may appear and natural separation or cloudiness may occur. Colors may change and the aroma may not be like roses but more medicinal due to seasonal formula changes. This is all normal and will not affect the product. Stir or shake product before each use.


Sales/Specials/Discounts Policy
If the sale price does not appear in your shopping cart then that item is SOLD OUT. If a product page does not show a sale price, then that item is SOLD OUT. Sale prices are not retro-active. Sales are not planned, never last long, and items go quickly so order early. We are a small company and cannot absorb the cost of large freebie programs.


Substitution/Typos Policy
Anna Bellina is not responsible for typos of price or description. We reserve the right to substitute a listed product of greater value. We will always make these rare substitutions on the side of the customer’s best interest.


Animal Testing Policy
Anna Bellina does not engage in, or support, animal testing of any kind, even by our suppliers. All of our products are 100% Cruelty-Free.


Internet Courtesy Policy
Please observe common internet courtesy as I make my living off the internet. A subject must be entered in the subject line of your email or strict filters will SPAM your communication as a potential threat due to internet viruses and worms. We do not accept Attachments or Forwarded information or strict filters will SPAM your communication as a potential threat due to internet viruses and worms. If emailing about an order, please include that order # so I can pull your file. Please give your full name so I can know with whom I am speaking. All information is kept strictly confidential at all times.


Fraudulent Orders and Credit Card Fraud
We work with both state and federal law enforcement in EVERY instance of credit card fraud.


Internet Business Dangers
An internet business is the highest risk business of any kind. We are constantly exposed to scams, theft, deception and disputed charges by the few unethical customers who ruin it for everyone. International orders are an even higher risk. I am too small a business to absorb this high cost, therefore, have these strict policies in place, with no exceptions.
