Welcome! We are a small mother-daughter cottage business working part time, serving the entire internet world by ourselves; therefore, all orders are expedited. Placing an order constitutes a legally binding contractual agreement that you accept these Policies. Please read everything carefully as following directions makes for a happier customer with more enjoyment of product and saves us many long and unnecessary administrative hours. Please read News at the beginning of each visit and refresh your browser window. Thank you!

Privacy
All of your information is held strictly confidential and will never be sold or distributed to anyone.

Security
Yahoo uses the highest level of industry-standard encryption to safely transmit your information. Yahoo and USPS permanently delete all information from their servers after 30 days. We are eco-friendly green and do not print copies of your order. All correspondence and transactions are considered final and complete after 30 days as we cannot retrieve information for verification.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please try our Samples to guarantee your satisfaction and check for potential allergic reactions.

Payments
* Visa and MasterCard, credit and debit cards
Debit card charges may appear twice on your statement as the bank checks the availability of funds - you were not charged twice - please recheck your account in 24-48 hours.

Sales Tax - all Georgia residents are charged 6%

Online Orders Only - All Sales Are Final
If we have started processing your order, you will not be able to change or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast, in order to continue to provide you with the best value in the skin care industry.

We accept online orders only as all orders must be placed through the shopping cart. We do not accept mail, email, fax or phone orders. All Sales Are Final with No Returns, Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations. Due to credit card processing fees, we have a minimum order of $17.00. Due to risk of loss/theft/damage/scams, we have a maximum insured order of $500.00. An email notification is automatically sent upon receiving your order. Since there are only one to two women serving the entire world, all orders are expedited and we must cut expensive time consuming administrative time. The moment you submit your order, within seconds that order receives an order #, your credit card is charged, and an invoice is printed out in the lab. Each order is retrieved individually in the order in which it was received and filled as soon as possible. Your order will be filled in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays and sales. Christi handles all mineral, sample, accessory and bath-body orders and works part-time so these orders may not ship everyday.

USPS Shipping & Handling - Domestic
* Priority Mail - $7.95 uninsured, usually 3-5 business days, ship at your own risk
* Insured Priority Mail - $11.95 insured to $500.00, usually 3-5 business days
* Express Mail - $26.95 insured up to $100.00, usually overnight
* Priority Mail International - $19.95+ uninsured, usually 6-10 days, ship at your own risk

USPS does not offer tracking. Read News at the beginning of each visit for shipping updates. The package usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive but can take up to 8 business days in rare cases. An email notification is automatically sent upon shipping the order. A signature is never required. I reserve the right to charge additional postage for the unusually large, heavy, or some west coast orders. Uninsured orders are not replaceable if lost or damaged so ship at your own risk. A large/heavy international order may come in at more, in which case we will make an additional charge to your credit card for the amount of extra cost to us. The customer is also responsible for getting the package through customs with any taxes or duties that may apply.

Order Status & Email Notifications
An email notification is automatically sent upon receiving and order and shipping that order. Please observe the notice for printing your own directions and ingredients given in the order received notice as we use a generic labeling system. This is one of the reasons we do not offer wholesale.

Check your junk folder if you do not receive either email as some ISP block our emails. If we are on time and it is not during a sale or holiday: 3 business days to fill + 12 business days to mail = 15 business days. If your order does not arrive after 3 business weeks, then email us and please not before as we can receive up to 250 emails a day.

Product Returns & Refused Packages
We do not accept returned product. The customer is still liable for the bill in full if they refuse the package. If a refused package is returned to use, we in turn refuse it. Anna Bellina is too small a company to absorb these substantial losses.

Damages and Lost Packages
Only insured orders will be replaced by the USPS. Please contact your local post office for their inspection.

Discrepancies, Problems, Errors
We will immediately correct any mistake or defective part. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Products, Prices & Typos
Update your web browser at the beginning of each visit for current information to show. Products and prices are subject to change without notice. Do not store items in the shopping cart. The cart will reflect current price and availability. Anna Bellina is not responsible for typos.

Sales, Specials, Discounts, Coupon Codes, Freebies
We have to have a cut off point somewhere. Sales never last long and are not planned so check back often and order early. Sale prices are not retro-active. Do not store items in your shopping cart as product availability and prices change often. The Yahoo Shopping Cart will accept only one coupon code at a time. If a coupon code no longer works, that special has reached it's budget limit and has ended.
If we are offering a special via comment and you fail to leave a comment in the Comments box: No comment = No special
If we are offering a coupon code discount and you fail to enter a coupon code in the Coupon Code box: No coupon code = No discount
If we are offering a freebie - only one freebie per order or per customer
If we are offering multiple freebies from which you are to select: No freebie selected = No freebie
If we are offering multiple specials: No double discounts - discount coupon codes cannot be used on sale items
Remember, each product is custom blended at the time it is ordered and not before. There are only one to two of us serving the entire world with superior hand blended skin care. We have received up to 250 emails on our busiest day. We do not have corporate monies backing us. We will not hire or expand as I am semi-retired now after 37 years in the skin care business. Not stocked in stores. No wholesale or private label. No catalog or brochure. All information can be found online in over 400 pages.

Policy #13 - I reserve the right to discreetly refuse service on rare occasions.
