Apply to freshly cleansed and exfoliated skin twice a week to detox, thrice a week to lift and firm.
DETOX MASK - Remove about 1 tsp powder and add about 1/2 tsp liquid slowly, mix to a syrup consistency. Use twice a week, spread an even layer on the face, excluding eyes and mouth, totally separating skin from air. Relax for 20-30 minutes, mask sets when it no longer feels cool. Dampen mask well to loosen then massage off by repeatedly rinsing with cool water (removal in the shower is much easier).
FACELIFT MASK - Remove about 2 tsp powder and add about 1 tsp liquid slowly, mix to a syrup consistency. Use 3 times a week for the first few weeks then twice a week thereafter to maintain lift. Spread an even layer on the entire face, including eyes, lips, neck, and decollete, totally separating skin from air. Brush an even layer onto toner damp skin going in an upward and outward direction
* start at the collar bone, go up neck and up behind ears
* go up chin, over lips, up tip of nose (remove dentures first)
* go up cheeks out to hairline
* go up nose, around eyes and on eyelids, up forehead to hairline
Totally cover skin separating it from the air. Relax laying down on back for 30-40 minutes to help fight gravity, mask sets when it no longer feels cool and hardens.
